At River of Life Church we count it an honor to partner with you in teaching your child about Jesus. Our goal is to lead children, at the earliest age possible, into a relationship with Christ. We use a variety of means to help your child have an encounter with Jesus: interactive Bible lessons, games, and activities, just to name a few. You will find that our volunteer staff is knowledgeable and ready to serve you and your child. The Bible tells us to “train up a child in the way that he/she should go and when he/she is old they will not depart.” We look forward to partnering with you.
At River of Life Church we realize that today’s culture is putting pressure on our youth and their parents like never before. We want to relieve some of that pressure by introducing teenagers to Jesus Christ. We want to help teenagers build a solid foundation that they can stand on for the rest of their lives – that is why our youth ministry is called “The Foundation.” At “the foundation” teenagers will be given the opportunity to put their trust and hope in the Lord, in turn giving them a firm foundation from which they will be able to live productive Christian lives.
The vision of the men’s ministry (Man Alive) at River of Life Church is to REACH men by building relationships and providing purpose and substance – all in a safe place. We want to RADICALIZE men through the Word of God, prayer, worship, and fellowship so as to foster a God-centered life. Through total transformation – spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and socially – we want to RELEASE men to fulfill their spiritual purpose in their families, their church, and their communities.
The mission of “Man Alive” is to see the vision fulfilled; we do that by inspiration and progression. The first step is to GET IN. We offer many avenues throughout the year for men to get connected. The second step is to GET HEALTHY. We have found that meeting men at the point of their need is the best way to do that. The third step is GET STRONG. This is where men begin to get hold of the grander vision of the church – it’s all about making a God’s Man. The final step is to GET GOING. This is where the connected, healthy, strong men are deployed to serve their families, church, and community.
